The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB), Tracy, Calif., announced the three innovative chefs who took home the ultimate to-go prize of $5,000 each in the inaugural CADairy2GO competition cook-off in Napa.
An international panel of 230 experts from 30 different countries will judge the entries.

Dedicated only to cheese, the 33rd World Cheese Awards will take place in Oviedo, Spain, on Nov. 3 as part of the Asturias Paraíso Natural International Cheese Festival 2021, run by the Instituto del Queso, in partnership with the Principality of Asturias and the City Council of Oviedo.
The WCMA Recognition Committee will consider all nominations in September, with final awards determinations made by the WCMA board of directors in December.

Saputo Inc. said it entered into an agreement to acquire the activities of Wensleydale Dairy Products Ltd. The business, which will join Saputo Inc.’s Dairy Division (U.K.) under its Europe Sector, operates two facilities located in North Yorkshire, England, and employs approximately 210 people.
The competition celebrates foodservice innovation and dairy in the to-go space.
