EAS Independent Consultant Joe Yun, Ph.D., is a dairy foods expert in product development, technology implementation, quality assurance, food safety, continuous improvement, operational efficiency and cost reduction. He has a passion for collaborative innovation processes in cross-functional and matrix organizations. Prior to becoming a consultant, he served as technical service director for both Lactalis Canada and Parmalat Canada. Yun has a doctorate in food science from Cornell University.
