FSX 2025 is a gathering of leaders and innovators in the food industry, drawing approximately 250 attendees from food production companies, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), service providers, and solution developers from across the globe.
The show brought together 48,000 attendees and 29,500 exhibitor personnel, reaching 77,500 in total attendance. International attendance increased 19% over 2022.

PACK EXPO International 2024 is returning to Chicago's McCormick Place Nov. 3 to 6. The event, produced by PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, will connect 45,000 packaging and processing professionals.
Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR) have launchedCheeseCon.org for a first look at North America’s premier cheese, butter, and whey processing event, set for April 15-17, 2025, in Madison, Wis.
The event brings together thousands of guests, including members of Congress and officials from the executive branch, in a fun event showcasing America’s favorite frozen treats.
The funds support industry training programs offered by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA), as well as the World and U.S. Championship Cheese Contests and university dairy training centers.
In addition to several hours of dedicated networking, this year's event will feature more than 20 presentations led by some of the progressive thinking membrane experts.
