In celebration of the holidays, the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) released its second collaboration with cheese shop Lady & Larder – the California Cheese Wreath Kit, a collection of Real California cheeses, dried fruit, nuts, crackers, and other items used to create an edible arrangement for seasonal gatherings and gift giving.
The California Cheese Wreath kit features three cow's milk specialty cheeses made with Real California Milk from the state's farm families, candied pecans, dried citrus wheels, raisins, honey, crackers, and herbs along with a round bamboo cheese board.

Wisconsin cheese artisans grabbed 25% of all awards presented at the World Cheese Awards in Trondheim, Norway, in October, with Marieke Gouda of Thorp, Wis., earning the most awards of any United States competitor.
Natural cheese — and the diverse types of shredded, chunks, slices, string/stick, crumbled, cubes, ricotta, and all other forms — generated $17.4 billion in dollar sales, a year-over-year (YoY) increase of 7%.
