Get ready for a new event from the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI). The Global Ingredients Summit is coming to the Peppermill Reno in Reno, Nev., from March 11 to 13.

When it comes to the true “workforce” ingredients that contribute to product quality, shelf life, and much more, look no further than gums, emulsifiers, and stabilizers.

The cooperative is taking the next step to improve the carbon footprint of its milk.
