The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Wisconsin Safety and Health Consultation Program (WisCon) are boosting their relationship to support dairy processors’ employee health and safety efforts. 

Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR) have launched CheeseCon.org for a first look at North America’s premier cheese, butter, and whey processing event, set for April 15-17, 2025, in Madison, Wis.

These education sessions are open to anyone working in the dairy industry, regardless of their membership status with WCMA.

The funds support industry training programs offered by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA), as well as the World and U.S. Championship Cheese Contests and university dairy training centers. 

CheeseExpo, a biennial event hosted by Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR), returns from April 16 to 18 at the Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wis. 

skilled dairy industry experts that will evaluate thousands of dairy product entries at this year’s competition, March 5-7 at the Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center in Madison, Wis. 

WCMA has selected its 2024 honorees in six categories, each winner a trailblazer in their career path.

The grants will be awarded through the DBIA’s Dairy Business Builder and Dairy Industry Impact grant programs.
