Chatham, N.J.-based Trugman-Nash LLC says it is bringing even more “bite” to its popular line of cheddars with the introduction of Grand Reserve Old Croc Australian vintage cheddar in a new, convenient 7-ounce retail package.

The acquisition will expand the Canadian company’s branded position in the U.K. and abroad.

Saputo Inc. said it entered into an agreement to acquire the activities of Wensleydale Dairy Products Ltd. The business, which will join Saputo Inc.’s Dairy Division (U.K.) under its Europe Sector, operates two facilities located in North Yorkshire, England, and employs approximately 210 people.
The competition celebrates foodservice innovation and dairy in the to-go space.

The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB), Tracy, Calif., announced the launch of an inaugural foodservice competition challenging professional chefs to create innovative “to-go” dishes using California dairy products.
The newly created company will be a platform for specialty cheese, cured meat and charcuterie.
