Dairy Foods magazine and the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI), Elmhurst, Ill., have extended the entry deadline for the 2021 Breakthrough Award for Dairy Ingredient Innovation program to May 14.
The Phillip Tong Educational Scholarship will join the Jim Page Memorial Scholarship as an annual scholarship available through ADPI’s scholarship program.

The New York State Dairy Promotion Order awarded a $147,000 grant to The Strong Inside (TSI) campaign, the Elmhurst, Ill.-based American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) said.
