Get ready for a new event from the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI). The Global Ingredients Summit is coming to the Peppermill Reno in Reno, Nev., from March 11 to 13.

The Global Ingredients Summit will showcase the latest research on emerging technologies, advances in sustainability, biotechnology, data science, and applications related to dairy ingredients and cheese.

Kimberlee (K.J.) Burrington, vice president of Technical Development for Elmhurst, Ill.-based American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI), joins us for Episode 36 of the Let’s Talk Dairy podcast. Burrington also serves as author of Dairy Foods’ “Culturally Speaking” article.

The Global Ingredients Summit. This event will combine two of ADPI’s signature technical conferences, the Global Cheese Technology Forum and the Dairy Ingredients Technical Symposium into one premier event.

It is not often a company can celebrate a century of doing anything, so it is certainly worth honoring. This year, the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) is celebrating its centennial.

Th extensive and ever-expanding library which encompasses many of the dairy industry’s broad offering of commodity and value-added products. 

Berrey is joined by fellow officers, Tom Berry, vice president of quality & assurance at Associated Milk Producers Inc. as vice chair; Patti Smith, CEO of DairyAmerica, was appointed secretary; and Kevin Quinn, vice president of sales and Marketing at Idaho Milk Products joins the board of directors officer team as Treasurer.

The Membrane Technology Forum, presented by Dairy Foods and the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI), is set to return to the Marriott City Center in Minneapolis from June 12 to June 15. 

Christopher Thompson was elected treasurer of the organization.
