Prairie Farms cream cheese produced in Luana, Iowa, was named Grand Champion of the North Central Cheese Industries Association (NCCIA) annual cheese contest held in Norwood, Minn.
There has been a tremendous amount of innovation in the cheese snack category. This innovation is driven by consumers, who are increasingly choosing convenient, ready-to-eat snack options.
Year to date, the United States is on track to break $6 billion in dairy exports this year, IDFA President and CEO Michael Dykes said.
