Unibloc Pump, Kennesaw, Ga., said it acquired Flotronic Pumps Ltd, a Bolney, England-based manufacturer of specialized air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps and associated accessories.

Lifeway Foods Inc., a Morton Grove, Ill.-based supplier of kefir and other fermented probiotic products to support the microbiome, announced its intent to acquire certain assets of privately held Laguna Beach, Calif.-based GlenOaks Farms Inc., a drinkable yogurt brand founded in 1984.
The acquisition will expand the Canadian company’s branded position in the U.K. and abroad.

Saputo Inc. said it entered into an agreement to acquire the activities of Wensleydale Dairy Products Ltd. The business, which will join Saputo Inc.’s Dairy Division (U.K.) under its Europe Sector, operates two facilities located in North Yorkshire, England, and employs approximately 210 people.
Aakash Chemicals & Dye-Stuffs, a Glendale Heights, Ill.-based value-added supplier of colorants and specialty ingredients, said it rebranded as Vivify Specialty Ingredients.
The acquisition is part of Martin Bauer’s growth strategy.
