Yuengling’s Ice Cream Corp., Orwigsburg, Pa., said it signed a binding letter of intent to acquire Atlanta-based Revolution Desserts LLC.

Grassland Dairy Products Inc., the largest privately owned butter producer in North America, said it completed the acquisition of Chicago-based Medlee Foods LLC.

Unibloc Pump, a Kennesaw, Ga.-based manufacturer of positive displacement pumps, air-operated double-diaphragm pumps and other flow-control products, said it continues to grow its family of hygienic flow control brands through the acquisition of Standard Pump.

The Urgent Company, the Los Angeles-based consumer brands subsidiary of Berkeley, Calif.-headquartered Perfect Day, announced the acquisition of Coolhaus, a women-owned ice cream company, from Sunrise Strategic Partners, Boulder, Colo., and other shareholders.

The Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA), Novi, Mich., said it will acquire Superior Dairy in Canton, Ohio, a subsidiary of LEL Operating Co.

Emmi Roth, Fitchburg, Wis., said it completed the transfer of the Athenos business from the U.S. affiliate of Laval, France-based Groupe Lactalis, expanding its range of specialty cheeses in the United States.

Florida Food Products (FFP), Eustis, Fla., said it will acquire Comax Manufacturing Corp., a Melville, N.Y.-based provider of clean-label flavor solutions focused on the beverage and nutrition markets. 

The Kraft Heinz Co., headquartered in Pittsburgh and Chicago, said it completed the sale of certain assets in its global cheese business and the license of certain trademarks to an affiliate of Groupe Lactalis for total consideration of approximately $3.3 billion, including cash consideration of approximately $3.2 billion.

Rosemont, Ill.-based Batory Foods, a distributor of commodity and specialty food ingredients, said it acquired DMH Ingredients, a food and beverage ingredients distributor, along with its sister company, Naturestock Foods. 

As part of its 2025 strategy to expand the portfolio of its global Taste & Wellbeing business, Geneva-based Givaudan said it reached an agreement to acquire DDW, The Color House, a Louisville, Ky.-based natural color company.
