Deosen has reorganized its management structure and added several new sales, marketing and technical services personnel to support high growth in United States xanthan gum sales.
“We are experiencing sales growth in the high double digits in 2012, and are building a comprehensive organization to fully support our customers,” says Lawrence Herbolsheimer, who was recently appointed CEO of Deosen USA. “U.S. customers are responding to the consistently high quality and traceability of the xanthan gum products we offer, and the exceptional service we are able to provide because of our singular focus on xanthan gum.”
At other senior levels, Grant Cui has been named Director of Global Marketing and Eric Zhao is now Vice President, Sales for Deosen. Both have previously held senior management positions at Deosen and are based in China. In addition to Mr. Herbolsheimer, the Americas organization has added John Fritz, Director of Sales and Anna Harding, Director of Marketing. Also, the company has forged technical consulting agreements with Dr. Alan King and Dr. Tung-Ching Lee, both Professors of Food Science at Rutgers University, who will assist with product development and technical service.
Deosen produces a complete line of xanthan gums which are manufactured in Shandong Province, China, and Inner Mongolia, and distributed globally. Deosen USA is headquartered in Piscataway, NJ with technical sales and warehousing nationally.
