Prairie Farms Dairy Inc., Edwardsville, Ill., said Mullins has decided to step down as CEO/executive vice president to assume a new role as senior executive officer.

Anderson will replace Andrei Mikhalevsky upon his retirement at the end of the year.

The industry veteran has more than three decades of experience in the food, beverage and consumer products industries.

He succeeds Clint Fall, who retired.
