Olivier Roques is CEO and a new member of its executive Board of directors at BENEO GmbH, effective from June 1. With an engineering degree in agronomics and a master’s degree in business administration, Roques brings more than three decades of experience within the international ingredients industry to this new role.
The company opened its advanced distribution and fulfillment center in Jerome in January, relocating operations from its former Twin Falls, Idaho, location.

New York-based IFF launched a new dairy processing system, CHOOZIT VINTAGE for the U.S. and Canadian markets. The cheese culture is designed to help cheddar cheese manufacturers overcome undesirable flavor development during aging to streamline cheesemaking processes.

John Galyen, president of Danfoss North America in Ames, Iowa, since 2011, announced his retirement from Danfoss later this summer. Rick Sporrer, vice president of sales, America for Danfoss Power Solutions, was named to succeed Galyen, the company said.
The pilot plant features three separate dedicated spaces for extractions and experimental technologies.
