Juan M. Tricarico Ph.D.
Juan M. Tricarico, Ph.D., is senior vice president for Environmental Research at Dairy Management Inc. His work focuses on sustainable milk production to support efforts by the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy to drive trust and sales in milk and dairy foods. Dr. Tricarico holds a licentiate degree in Biology from Universidad CAECE in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a Ph.D. in Animal Science from the University of Kentucky. Dr. Tricarico is past president for the Council of Agricultural Science and Technology (CAST). Before joining DMI, Tricarico worked at Alltech Inc. where he developed and evaluated feed additives focused on ruminal fermentation and its implications on ruminal microbiology, carbohydrate fermentation, and nitrogen utilization in ruminants.
