Melissa Malcolm is director, national sales and field marketing for the Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP), Washington, D.C. She is responsible for the communication, activation and management of milk marketing campaigns and strategies for dairy processor brands and retailers throughout the United States. The goal of each MilkPEP campaign (Milk Life, The Great American Milk Drive, and Built with Chocolate Milk) is to broaden consumer awareness of the benefits of milk, offer new consumption occasions and increase overall sales of fluid milk.
