FDA recently announced that they will begin a phase-out of certain PFAS used in food packaging and will be implementing monitoring related to this process.
The funds support industry training programs offered by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA), as well as the World and U.S. Championship Cheese Contests and university dairy training centers.
The award helps motivated, career-oriented students attend and participate in the 2024 Summit on Hygienic Design: Advancing Product Safety, Efficiency and Sustainability, which will take place at the Marriott Chicago O’Hare May 7 to 9.
