Alsies, a technology-enabled ice cream truck franchise, announced its first franchisee, Scott Shapiro, will be opening a new location in Harrisburg, Pa. Shapiro, alongside his wife Kellie and their children, will bring Alsies' beloved ice cream experience to the local community starting in March 2025.
