Diamondbacks All-Star pitcher and Cy Young finalist Zac Gallen, also known as “The Milkman,” is teaming up with the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, St. Mary’s Food Bank and Shamrock Farms through the Zac Gallen 23 Charitable Fund to join the fight to end childhood hunger.
The funds raised will provide milk and meals for children facing food insecurity during the difficult summer months, particularly helping children add nutrients to their diet.
The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation and Zac Gallen invite you to pitch in to support the ZG23 Charitable Fund!
On social media, Gallen posted: "I’m partnering with @ShamrockFarmsMilk to make a difference! #ad 1 in 6 Arizonans face food insecurity each year. That’s why we’re donating 2,300 gallons of milk to @StMarysFoodBank to fight back. BUT we need YOUR help to do more! Join us by donating through the link in my bio or volunteering with St. Mary’s. Let’s #StrikeoutHunger together!"
The ZG23 Charitable Fund is a fund of the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, a 501c3 charitable organization. Donations are tax deductible.
