siggi’s yogurt, a brand of New York-based Icelandic Milk and Skyr Corp., unveiled a new product line: rich and creamy skyr. Packed with 10 grams of proteins and made with simple ingredients, the Icelandic yogurt is available in three flavors: Zesty Lemon, Ripe Cherry and Vanilla Honey.
“Yogurt consumers are seeking options that will satisfy their cravings without compromising on important attributes like high protein, simple ingredients, and not a lot of sugar,” says Stephanie Kellogg, brand manager for siggi’s. “We created siggi’s rich and creamy skyr to offer a delightfully creamy and flavorful treat that consumers can feel good about craving. This all-natural whole milk yogurt is satisfyingly thick and full of flavor with 10 grams of protein per serving.”
Available for a suggested retail price of $1.89 mostly on the East Coast, the non-GMO Icelandic yogurts can be found in the refrigerated dairy cases of Whole Foods, Hannaford’s, Stop & Shop, Giant, Wegmans, Big Y and Wakefern.
