Minerva Dairy now has the first of its premium butters available at all Harris Teeter grocery stores in the United States.
As of Nov. 1, Minerva Dairy 1-Pound Sea Salt Butter Rolls can be purchased at more than 250 Harris Teeter locations in seven East Coast states (North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Delaware, Maryland) and Washington, D.C.
Minerva Dairy’s premium, Amish-style butter is slow-churned, with 85% butterfat. Minerva Dairy uses only farm-fresh milk from pasture-raised cows to ensure a creamier, richer, and more flavorful product that’s naturally GMO-, antibiotic-, and gluten-free.
“We’re known as the ‘better butter’ people for a reason, so of course we’re thrilled to partner with a ‘better’ grocery store in Harris Teeter, a leader in the retail supermarket space,” said fifth-generation Minerva Dairy owner Venae Watts, who runs the operation alongside her brother, Adam Mueller. “Their discerning and loyal customers are the kind of folks who seek out top-quality products like Minerva Dairy butter for their holiday cooking needs and all year long.”
In operation since 1894, Minerva Dairy produces popular butters in stick and hand-rolled versions, including salted, unsalted and garlic herb varieties as well as limited-time only flavors like smoked maplewood, everything bagel, lemon poppy, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup.
