To help protect the health and safety of attendees, the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) said its Dairy Forum 2021, themed “Dairy Evolved,” will be a virtual event. The event will be held Jan. 25-Jan. 28, with approximately four hours of online programming each day.

Featured speakers will include Chris Wallace, Emmy-nominated journalist and host of FOX News Sunday; Peter Diamandis, chairman, Singularity University and chairman and CEO, X PRIZE Foundation; Adam Grant, psychologist and author; and Greg Williams, editor-in-chief of WIRED magazine.

According to Michael Dykes, D.V.M., president and CEO of Washington, D.C.-based IDFA, the event will also feature networking opportunities and will recognize and celebrate the dairy industry’s essential workers.
