Cello, a brand of Fairfield, N.J.-based Schuman Cheese, added two new varieties to its line of Cello cheese flights. According to Cello, the flights are an upscale pre-paired collection that offer a low-risk way for consumers to discover and try new flavors.
Cello said its cheese flights also offer beer and wine pairing options, making them the optimal pick for quick and easy snacks or picnic-style lunches. Each of the cheeses on the boards has been curated with thought and care put into each pairing.
The new spring cheese flights include a flight of Asiago, Cabot Clothbound and cheddar dijon herb-rubbed fontal and a flight of Copper Kettle, pepper jack goat and creamy dill-rubbed fontal. They will be available at Kroger and other retailers beginning this summer. Cello said the flights have a suggested retail price of $12.99.
