Organizers of the 9th International Whey Conference (IWC2020) — the European Whey Processors Association (EWPA), Brussels, and the Elmhurst, Ill.-based American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) — said March 27 is the deadline to submit abstracts for the conference. The event, slated for Sept. 6-9, 2020, in Dublin, is a unique forum that will bring everyone involved in whey processing together from around the world for an interactive dialogue on the most relevant aspects of whey production, processing and applications.
