Lodi, Wis.-based Sanford Rose Associates-Madison (SRA-Madison) and First District Association (FDA), Litchfield, Minn., announced that Bob Huffman was named president and CEO of FDA, effective July 1, 2019. He succeeds Clint Fall, who retired.
Huffman brings 13 years of progressive dairy industry operations management experience to the dairy cooperative, with his experience including both large single-plant and multi-plant operations. He has experience in all aspects of milk intake, block and barrel cheese, and whey operations, the companies said. He has invested significant time learning the technical side of dairy processing, which aligns well for this role with FDA.
Huffman has a passion for successfully fostering and sustaining both member patron and customer relationships, building trust and discovering the strategy that works best with the cooperative to achieve desired member, industry and business goals, the companies said. He is a firm believer in leading by example, and that it all starts with core ethics and values.
