Schreiber Foods, a Green Bay, Wis.-based dairy company, said Mike Haddad, president and CEO, will retire on Sept. 29, after 24 years with the company. Ron Dunford, a 34-year dairy industry veteran and a long-time member of Schreiber’s board of directors, is assuming the role of chief operating officer and will replace Haddad upon his retirement.
Haddad, who has served as president and CEO for almost 11 years, will become chair of the board. Larry Ferguson, current chair, will retire from that position but will continue to serve on the board as director and past chair, Schreiber Foods said.
“Ron is a perfect fit to be the eighth president and chief executive officer in Schreiber’s history,” said Larry Ferguson, board chair. “He’s proven to be a successful and trusted leader who has a track record of developing and inspiring our partners. His wealth of experience and strategic thinking will help drive Schreiber into the future and accelerate the company’s growth.”
