The company makes the traditional Icelandic-style yogurt in small batches.

Lifeway Foods, Morton Grove, Ill., released a grass-fed organic skyr, traditional Icelandic-style yogurt.
Made in small batches, the company's skyr contains 14 probiotic cultures. The plain flavor contains 180 calories, 9 grams of fat, 1 gram of sugar and 18 grams of protein per 5.3-ounce serving.
It's available in five varieties: plain, blueberry, wildberry, ancient grains and honey. The organic skyr is sold in a resealable cup with a spoon for a suggested retail price of $1.99 and is available nationwide.
