Girl Scout Cookie fans can now enjoy Yoplait (a General Mills brand) yogurt with new flavors inspired by their favorite cookies. The Minneapolis-based General Mills partnered with Girls Scouts of the USA to create these flavors: Whips! Girl Scouts Thin Mints; Whips! Girl Scouts peanut butter chocolate; and Original Girl Scouts caramel coconut.
The yogurts contain no high-fructose corn syrup. The Thin Mints and peanut butter chocolate flavors are available in 4-ounce cups, and the caramel coconut flavor will be available in 6-ounce cups.
The suggested retail price is 67 cents per cup. The three new flavors will be available at retailers nationwide and started appearing on store shelves in December. The line is a permanent, year-round addition to Yoplait’s portfolio.
The caramel coconut flavor contains 160 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, 20 grams of sugar and 6 grams of protein per container.
General Mills is producing these new flavors under a license from Girl Scouts of the USA.
