Eli’s Cheesecake, Chicago, introduced several new bold flavors to its line, along with new size offerings. Two of the new flavors are: 10-inch Honey Mediterranean Cheesecake made with toasted pistachios and almonds; and 9-inch Vanilla Bean Cheesecake made with vanilla crumb crust, topped vanilla pastry cream, swirls of vanilla mousse and a sprinkling of vanilla crumb around the edge.
The other new flavors and products now available are: a 10-inch Key Lime Pie Cheesecake, 10-inch Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake, 3-inch Swirl Cheesecakes (in raspberry, strawberry, lemon and chocolate), Eli’s To-Go Single-Serve items and a Red White and Blue 7-inch cheesecake sampler.
The new products are available in the foodservice channel but will also be sold to foodservice at retail operators. The 10-inch size cheesecakes are pre-slice, 14 servings for a suggested retail price of $4.49. The 9-inch size cheesecakes are pre-slice, 14 servings for a suggested retail price of $2.99.
