Alpina Foods, Batavia, N.Y., has expanded its two Greek yogurt lines with the addition of new flavor varieties. The all-natural yogurts are created using an authentic straining process and are made with milk, active bacteria cultures and fruit.
On both a personal and professional level, I believe dairy foods are perfect just the way they are. The truth is: I don’t want anyone messing with my milk (or cheese or yogurt). Milk is naturally nutrient-rich and although I understand the rationale for adding vitamin D, I don’t think milk needs further assistance — but that’s just me. Or is it?
Have you ever noticed how Taco Bell has only about 15 fillings or toppings and a half dozen or so carriers, but somehow manages to mix and match these ingredients to offer a new menu item to customers on a regular basis?
