Jerome, Idaho-based Idaho Milk Products is the 2024 Breakthrough Award for Dairy Innovation winner, for the formulation of its IdaPlus 1090, a protein used in ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages.

The entry process is being opened earlier than normal to give more time for applications.

Each year, the Elmhurst, Ill.-based American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) and Dairy Foods put the spotlight on dairy ingredient accomplishments by honoring a dairy processing member of ADPI with the Breakthrough Award for Dairy Ingredient Innovation.

Dairy Foods magazine and the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI), Elmhurst, Ill., will be honoring one deserving dairy processor with the 2021 Breakthrough Award for Dairy Ingredient Innovation.
