Danish Creamery, a 127-year-old Dublin, Calif.-based butter company, has expanded its premium product portfolio with two "firsts" for the category: European Style Spreadable Butters with Extra Virgin Oils and European Style Butter Specialty Salt Sticks.
Although inflation has begun its descent, according to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data, the story remains the same for several dairy categories: dollar sales are up and unit sales are down in a majority of categories.
