Grand Champion of Cheese and Butter went to Lake Country Dairy/Shuman Cheese’s Cello Artisan Parmesan.

This year’s winner was selected by the WDPA Board of Directors after they received a slate of nominees from the WDPA Presidents Advisory Committee.

The WDPA Board of Directors has formed and empowered a Search Committee, chaired by Greg Pollesch, to lead a successful, seamless leadership transition process. 

The Wisconsin Dairy Products Association’s (WDPA) 2022 Dairy Symposium will be held July 11-12 at the Landmark Resort in Door County, Wis.

The Wisconsin Dairy Products Association (WDPA), Middleton, Wis., said it will be sponsoring its 19^th annual World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest this year.

The 18th annual World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest auction was held on Sept. 28 at World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wis. 

This year’s contest, sponsored and conducted by the Middleton, Wis.-based Wisconsin Dairy Products Association (WDPA), received a near-record number of entries (1,400) for cheese, butter, fluid milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream, sour cream, sherbet, cultured milk, sour cream dips, whipping cream, whey and other creative/innovative products from dairy processors throughout North America, WDPA said.

At the 2021 Dairy Symposium — sponsored by the Madison, Wis.-based Wisconsin Dairy Products Association (WDPA) and held July 12-13 in Door County, Wis. — the 2022 WDPA officers were elected.

The Wisconsin Dairy Products Association (WDPA), sponsor of the annual World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest, said it is continuing an agreement with Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (DFW) regarding contest entries.

Friday, July 16 is the registration date for the 2021 World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest.
