CheeseCon 2023 celebrates excellence in dairy processing in Madison, Wis.

More than 2,700 cheese industry professionals explored over 320 tabletop exhibits, learned from the industry's brightest minds, and celebrated excellence in dairy processing during CheeseCon 2023 held April 5-6 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wis.
The funds support the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association’s industry education and scholarship programs, the World and U.S. Championship Cheese Contests and university dairy training centers.

Enthusiastic dairy processors, marketers and suppliers raised an impressive $333,125 at the 2022 Chr. Hansen Championship Cheese Auction, held April 13 at CheeseExpo in Milwaukee.
The live, virtual event was held during CheeseExpo Global Online.

The live, virtual Championship Cheese Auction, part of the Chr. Hansen Spotlight Event on April 7 during CheeseExpo Global Online, raised $39,125 for Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) scholarship programs and industry educational opportunities, as well as the World and U.S. Championship Cheese Contests, WCMA said.
The auction will be held on April 7 as part of the Chr. Hansen Spotlight Event at CheeseExpo Global Online.

Dairy industry suppliers, marketers and processors joined the first-ever online Championship Cheese Auction on April 24 and raised more than $93,000 to support the Championship Cheese Contests, scholarship programs and educational workshops of the Madison, Wis.-based Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA).
The coronavirus pandemic has brought change and delay for CheeseExpo, but the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) said it aims to keep one tradition alive in 2020.
