Forager Project unveiled several new dairy-free products at Natural Products Expo West, including a new Honey Alternative Cashewmilk Yogurt and new 4-pack sizes of its cashewmilk pouches in Strawberry and Berry Berry.

Chobani LLC said it is taking an important step toward a more sustainable future, announcing the planned launch of a paper cup for its yogurt alternatives. The paper cup marks a milestone in the company’s efforts to reduce plastic use and put more sustainable packaging on shelves across America.
The company also said its Light & Fit Greek yogurt earned the top spot as the best-selling yogurt innovation launched between 2010 and 2019.

During the course of the past decade, the American yogurt category has grown to approximately $8 billion. Danone North America, White Plains, N.Y., said it conducted a review of total dollar sales for all of the innovations launched across the entire yogurt category between 2010 and 2019, and its Light & Fit Greek yogurt earned the top spot as the best-selling yogurt innovation of the decade (factoring in both dairy- and plant-based innovations).
