Glanbia Nutritionals, Chicago, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kilkenny, Ireland-based Glanbia plc, said it agreed to acquire Foodarom, a Québec-based custom flavor designer and manufacturer servicing the food, beverage and nutritional product industries with turnkey flavors and formulation support.

The partnership expands Byron Carlson’s ingredient portfolio to include Takasago flavors.
