Net sales were $46.1 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2024, an increase of $5.2 million or 12.7% from the same period in 2023. The net sales increase was primarily driven by higher volumes of our branded drinkable kefir.

Net sales were $49.2 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, an increase of $10 million or 25.3% from the same period in 2023.

Cooperative achieved net sales of $16.8 billion and net earnings of $258 million, according to its 2023 annual report.

DFA continued to expand its commercial investments in 2022. The Cooperative acquired two extended shelf-life (ESL) beverage processing facilities, located in Richmond, Ind., and Pacific, Mo., from SmithFoods.

The dairy cooperative Dairy Farmers of America said 2016 sales fell 2% to $13.5 billion as net income rose 40% to $38 million. The retail and fluid milk/ice cream divisions also grew.

Dairy processors report quarterly sales. They increased for Lifeway Foods, Kraft Heinz and Land O’Lakes.

Nestle reported sales increased to CHF 65.5 billion for the first nine months of the year. Danone also reported that sales increased through three quarters of 2016.
