IFT First wrapped up its annual trade show at Chicago’s McCormick Place from July 16-19. More than 16,000 food professionals attended the event, and more than 800 companies exhibited.
With the theme of ‘Feed Your Future,’ the conference will focus on next trends and technology in the food industry.

The IFT19 conference will have an eye toward where food is headed. The conference, which is hosted by the Institute of Food Technologies (IFT) and will take place from June 2-5, 2019, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, is themed "Feed Your Future."
