Wisdom Natural Brands, parent company of the SweetLeaf brand of natural sugar substitutes, acquired Canada-based Drizzle Honey, a provider of sustainably sourced raw and superfood honey products.

The change is effective immediately, and both companies are committed to a seamless integration with no disruption in manufacturing and delivery services or other day-to-day operations.

Kellanova had 2023 net sales of more than $13 billion, with a presence in 180 markets and approximately 23,000 employees.

Following its September 2023 acquisition by Hillenbrand, Coperion Food and Performance Materials (FPM) has transitioned its name and brand to Coperion, effective Aug. 1, 2024.

The FTC alleges that the deal is anticompetitive. But Kroger says the "proposed merger with Albertsons Cos. will produce meaningful and measurable benefits for customers, associates and communities across the country."

Platinum Equity will acquire the brands.
