The U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC) and the National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF), both based in Arlington, Va., praised the House of Representatives for today approving legislation implementing the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
By anyone's measure, the impeachment process now unfolding in the U.S. Congress is making it more difficult to achieve legislative victories, even on issues that have support from both political parties.
The organizations said ratification of the USMCA – TMEC by the United States Congress is vital to strengthen the promising future of the milk and dairy sectors of Mexico and the United States.
