Wisconsin cheese processors Dairyfood USA and Gilman Cheese Corp. announced that they will merge, creating an expanded product mix for their customers around the world.

The contest received a record number of entries for 2019.

The cheese plant will cease operations in April 2019.

The Guild of Fine Food expects to receive a record-breaking 3,500 cheese entries.

The action builds on WCMA’s financial support of the school’s dairy pilot plant.

But U.S. cheesemakers dominated the competition, earning gold medals in 87 of the 121 contest classes.

The campaign features the ‘Life’s Best Served with Jarlsberg’ communication brand platform.

In an ideal world, all solids in the cheese vat would end up in the finished product. Unfortunately, this is not possible with our current cheesemaking methods.
