Dairy farmers elected David Wiens as president of the Dairy Farmers of Canada (DFC) at the organization annual meeting in Winnipeg. With the DFC board since 2009, Wiens succeeds Pierre Lampron.

At a recent Board of Directors meeting of the Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), the board announced that Dennis Rodenbaugh would be taking the helm as president and CEO of the Kansas City, Kansas-based nonprofit cooperative.

John Galyen, president of Danfoss North America in Ames, Iowa, since 2011, announced his retirement from Danfoss later this summer. Rick Sporrer, vice president of sales, America for Danfoss Power Solutions, was named to succeed Galyen, the company said.
