For the first time, Tillamook's "Predict the Yum" Trends Taskforce presents five predictions.

Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA), no 40 on Dairy Top 100 list, enters a new product category with the launch of chef-inspired premium frozen meals: Mac & Cheese and Crispy Stone-Fire Pizza.

Mac & Cheese and pizza varieties are now available at select Target and Walmart locations.

Honors included four Gold awards.

Chef and New York Times Bestselling Author Gaby Dalkin of "What's Gabby Cooking" teamed up with Dan Pelosi, also known as "GrossyPelosi" and author of the debut cookbook, Let's Eat, to create a Double Cheddar Bacon Burger, featuring Tillamook Farmstyle Sharp Cheddar Slices.

TCCA is encouraging viewers of football's biggest gamer to turn up their snack games with Tillamook's bold cheddar slices, shreds, and blocks, all while munching along to "Block Jams," a compilation of cheddar tracks that will literally get eaters everywhere singing a cheesy new tune.
