According to the American Heart Association, American adults consume an average of 77 grams of sugar per day, more than three times the recommended amount for women (25 grams) and more than twice that recommended for men (32 grams). They are packaged in multi-serving 8- and 16-ounce clear containers that visually communicate the premium, high-integrity fruit that is included. Varieties are: Blueberry, Honey, Mango, Peach, Raspberry and Strawberry Rhubarb.
