Roth Cheese, Fitchburg, Wis., announced that it has added three new flavors to its Gouda line, including Spinach Artichoke, Hot Honey and Buffalo Ranch that were voted on by consumers as part of the brand’s “pick your favorite flavor” contest.
There has been a significant increase in the proportion of consumers who turn to plant-based products on at least a weekly basis, with the biggest jump being within the oat milk category.

Bel Brands USA and Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), a national dairy cooperative of farm families, announced the results of their sustainable milk cooling pilot program launched in 2021.
