Perry’s Ice Cream Co. Inc., Akron, N.Y., said it combined its probiotic-packed frozen yogurt with refreshing natural fruit and vegetable juices for a healthier take on its frozen treats.
Carlinville, Ill.-based Prairie Farms Dairy introduced Premium Small Batch; ice cream blended in small batches and made with simple ingredients, including milk, cream and sugar.
The product, an addition to the company’s popular snack kits, is meant for on-the-go mornings.

Brookshire Grocery Co., Tyler, Texas, added two flavors to its Goldenbrook Ice Cream brand — Tres Leches and Dutch Chocolate Almond. The company said both flavors are now available at all Brookshire’s, Super 1 Foods, Spring Market and Fresh by Brookshire’s stores.
