The Denton, Texas site, roughly 40 miles north of Dallas, serves as headquarters for Tetra Pak U.S. and Canada and consists of approximately 725 team members, each of whom contribute to a rich and diverse workplace culture. 

PACK EXPO International 2024, the world’s largest packaging and processing trade show, saw record attendance this year, according to show producer, PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies. 

The new facility, slated for completion in mid-2025, will expand the company’s floor space by 60%, and it will now be the largest manufacturing facility in Carol Stream, Ill., according to Frain.

This annual scholarship, sponsored by PMMI member company Garvey Corp. and established in memory of Mark C. While the growth rate is projected to slow to 2.5% in 2024, the 2025 forecast calls for an upturn in growth rates to reach a high of 8.0% in 2027. This slowdown in 2024 is expected to be the next low point in the industry’s usual peak-to-trough sales cycle, typically lasting three to five years.

With the ability to simulate the widest range of retort processes of any university lab, three retorts will be used to evaluate new retort packaging materials and shelf-stable food formulations, conduct pilot tests for food and pet food companies, study the effects of retort processes on food products, and train students and industry personnel on the latest retort processing equipment and software, Clemson stated.

PACK EXPO International 2024 is returning to Chicago's McCormick Place Nov. 3 to 6. The event, produced by PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, will connect 45,000 packaging and processing professionals.
