Dairy Foods names New York City-based Chobani LLC as its 2024 Processor of the Year, honoring the company’s impressive humanitarian efforts, its entrance into new dairy and non-dairy markets, and its tremendous growth.
The funds were raised during a three-week annual campaign that united employees for a good cause and featured creative workplace activities ranging from sketch contests to cannoli bake sales. Saputo matched every dollar donated, doubling the impact of this shared effort.
In this latest round, the program saw funding requests totaling $5.8 million, nearly double the amount of available funding. In total, DBIA has selected 44 grant applicants to receive funding, including five companies for its Dairy Industry Impact grants and 39 small to medium-size farms and processors for Dairy Business Builder grants.
