New yogurt products from Chobani, Dannon and General Mills (Yoplait) were among the 10 best new products to hit retail shelves in 2014, according to IRI.
Though overall milk sales are still struggling, whole milk brings good news. Unit sales are up and dollar sales are growing faster than those of skim/low-fat milk.
Many plants are producing cheese well ahead of orders, reports the USDA's Dairy Market News.
